Terms of service

1. Agreement

These terms govern use of opinio.com and participation in the Opinio Flow pilot program. Commercial use of the platform is governed by a separate written agreement between Opinio Insights and the client.

2. Pilot program

Pilot slots are limited and allocated at our discretion. A pilot is a scoped study agreed in writing; deliverables, timelines, and any fees are set out in that scope.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to collect data without a lawful basis, to contact respondents outside the agreed study, to attempt to identify respondents beyond what the study permits, or to interfere with the service.

4. Intellectual property

The Opinio Flow platform, conversation engine, and site content are owned by Opinio Insights. Study outputs delivered to a client are licensed to that client under the study agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the pilot.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The website and pilot are provided on an "as is" basis during beta. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the fees paid for the pilot, if any.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of the city in which Opinio Insights is registered have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a written agreement says otherwise.
